What MeetBridge Pro Does
MeetBridge Pro is a browser extension that helps you schedule meetings. It integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly to sync your calendar data.
Data We Collect
When you create an account, we store:
- Your name and email address
- Your availability preferences (work hours)
- Meetings you create through MeetBridge Pro
- Contacts you add to MeetBridge Pro
Calendar Data
When you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, we access your calendar events solely to:
- Show your existing meetings in the extension
- Check for scheduling conflicts
- Create new calendar events when you book meetings
We do not read, store, or share the content of your emails. Calendar access is limited to event data only.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for scheduling functionality. We:
- Never sell your personal information
- Never share data with advertisers
- Never use your data for purposes other than meeting scheduling
- Do not display advertisements
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Calendar OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser extension directly.
Third-Party Services
MeetBridge Pro integrates with:
- Google Calendar — for calendar sync (governed by Google's privacy policy)
- Microsoft Outlook — for calendar sync (governed by Microsoft's privacy policy)
- Calendly — for importing event types and bookings (governed by Calendly's privacy policy)
Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the extension settings. This permanently removes all your data including meetings, contacts, availability, and calendar connections.
Notifications
MeetBridge Pro sends browser push notifications for meeting reminders. You can disable these in the extension settings or in Chrome's notification preferences.
